I would not even give the a$$ 1 star. He's a horrible landlord and has no sense of business. He's rude and not very clear. I leased out a space of his at Sherwood Plaza and when I did not want to renew my lease because he was going up without any improvements to the building, he thought he could squeeze me out extra money. He expects me to feel threatened by his little comment about giving me bad credit. Well, SCREW HIM. I would never advise anyone to do business with this man. He's only nice to you when it comes time for renewals, but in the mean time he's an A$$!!!
