        This company is horrible. I had a 5:30 appointment and waited here until 7 PM and they never showed up or called. When I spoke to Ms. HIcks about this I did not even get an apology for my wasted time. Needless to say I am taking my money elsewhere ... If a company screws up coming out for an estimate and does not even think they owe you an apology then you can imagine what kind of work they are going to do.
