Returned our call and estimate was given quickly. Initially, they were polite and quick to respond to our concerns. The repairs were done as we were moving out of our home in preparation for selling. The flooring they installed started to "float" above the subfloor within a month of installation. They refuse to return to correct the issue unless paid to do so.

Additionally, many interior areas of the home that they painted were splotchy and we had to paint prior to listing the home. The exterior front door stain was "painted" on instead of appropriately stained. It has to be stripped and repainted.

If you desire quality work or a minimum level of customer service, look elsewhere for your repairs and painting.
