JayBear LLC., known as Jaybear Bake Shop was founded in April of 2014 as way to share our family recipes with others. This is a sister owned business was sparked by memories of learning the made from scratch secrets at our Grandmother's knee. Once our youngest nephew came into the picture looking like a cute little chubby bear, the Jaybear brand was born. We specialize in southern favorites like Carmel, Strawberry and Red Velvet Cakes, not to mention Shortbread Jam Cookies. Still we innovate and work to modernize some of the most traditional flavors bringing to life our own creations with a "Jaybear twist" such as with our Sweet Potato Pie cake and Ooey Gooeys. Some of our most poplar items include these, custom cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Our goal is to give each client a unforgettable taste experience, coupled with outstanding customer service. We a variety of specialty events such as anniversaries, birthdays, showers, conferences and wedding etc. We are currently working with a local restaurant to provide Jaybear featured desserts. We would like to expand our services to corporate events. It is our dream to be able share our passion and kindness with our customers each and everyday. We look forward to showing why call ourselves "the beary best"!
