Sunrise Pass Estates

This place is sub-par. There are to many ghetto individuals who blast their car stereos. Thankfully I reviewed their rules before signing anything, though they say some things are not allowed they either don't care or allow them anyway. Examples being my son saw several pitbulls at various homes. There are people with things furniture stuffed in their carports. Hell I even noticed where someone built their own add-on to their mobile home(btw super illegal to do in a mobile home park). So No do not come here unless you want to be miserable.
