Mr. Duncan came out to my mothers house and was very professional. He did a great job! He also was very well priced and very knowledgeable in what he was telling us. He also helped set us up with the people who could permanently fix her problem. I will definitely be recommending him in the future to anyone who is looking for a septic guy.

Great service! Called Danny on a Sunday and he was at our home within an hour to help us out! Very satisfied & would absolutely recommend Duncan Septic Service.

Great guy and even better service. I called thinking I needed my tank pumped. He arrived on a Saturday, looked it over and told me he just pumped it 2 years ago and told me how to fix the problem I was having which wasn't with the system it was the venting. He didn't charge me anything! Very professional and friendly. I will be a customer for life!

Terrific service! We are purchasing a new home with a septic system which we have never had before. Danny did the inspection and promptly called to explain his findings. I am pretty new to septic systems but Danny was able to clearly explain the ins and outs which was really helpful to me. He also offered to come out to the property once we have possession of the house and give me a walk through.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had the pleasure to deal with Danny 5 years ago when we first purchased our house. As we are now moving, I called him today to see about getting on his schedule for a pump and inspection. I was blown away when he showed up at my door 5 hours later! He is beyond friendly and I blinked and he was finished! You are doing yourself a disservice if you call anyone else but Danny Duncan for your septic needs, trust me!!

Used their services for the first time this year. Absolutely wonderful to deal with. We didn't know where our septic was and Danny Duncan made phone calls then poked around in our yard until he found the septic lid buried under several feet of dirt. Fair pricing. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Danny Duncan and his daughter not only provided the great service promised, they also took time to answer all of our questions, provided recommendations, and even told us how to do some work ourselves to save us a bunch of money! Clearly they take pride in providing a great service and building a base of satisfied customers. Even when leaving the job he offered to answer any additional calls or questions we may have and to speak on our behalf to the inspectors if needed! Like other reviewers, I hope to not need service again any time soon, but if anyone asks Duncan will be my first recommendation!

We had an emergency at our business this past week. I called Danny at 11pm and got a call back in less then 20 min. He came and got all of our issues fixed quick! Very professional, very caring. Very fair prices. We will continue to use this company for all septic needs!
