I tried repeatedly to get Larry Fleming and his team to come and service the water treatment system that they sold to our home. Each time we were given a date that they would come to service the system, and each time they either did not show up at all, or they called to cancel. I contacted them more than a dozen times in over a 2 month period with no success. On the last occasion, he called me the same morning that he was due to arrive to cancel again, trying to send us to another company for the service. When I protested, he hung up on me. I rang back, he called me a 'dink' and hung up again. He now will not answer his phone calls.
Terrible service, unreliable. Do NOT recommend.
