DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff likes to blame you when they over process your hair. They first tried to put the blame on me (what are you using on your hair, have you started any new medications, etc). There is no curl only frizz on my perm. Then they didn't want to give me my money back on lthe perm or the product they said would fix the friz. NOthing can fix over processing. Medication can only change the hair that you have grown since taking that medication. They insulted my inteligence. You can't change stupid. Don't let them put the blame on you. I will never go there again, and I suggest that no one else does. If they had not put the blame on me and taken responsibility for their mistakes I probably would have gone there again. DON"T GO THERE.
