I second Derek's review. The grown man screamed at me because I tried to replace myself as a tenant, and immediately threatened to sue when I broached the conversation of moving a month in advance. Glosses over auto-renew clause in rental lease. Almost all tenants are young, pretty, single women. My apartment has been "broken" in to, yet nothing stolen. Mocked me when I stated my rights that I researched. I have evidence for all of this, should he try to claim this as slander. Beware.

this man is a scum bag, don't trust him... attorney + landlord = be carefull

this man was my landlord, he stole my security deposit and tried to sue me when i payed my rent 2 days late (fyi i informed him i was out of town) :(
