Jack in the Box

I have a family of seven 5 children 2 adults and we needed a quick meal due to longer than usual work days. We decide on Jack in The Box because we normally love their specialty sandwiches and fried chicken strips plus with 5 kids Kids and the $1 menu it does not hurt the pockets. We order 2 sourdough jacks 5 jumbo jacks no cheese 3 large fries and fried chicken strips. We had a coupon for buy 1 get one free sourdough jacks. We choose carryout as we live about 1/2 mile from our neighborhood store. The service was horrible the staff looked to be drug users with no manager in sight. They ruined the order and I had to wait for them to correct it 2x's then once home we realized we were served grilled strips instead of fried like we ordered. Sorry Jack in the box I do not eat there when I am trying to be health conscious. The sandwiches were undercooked and none of the toppings were fresh and all of them were cold. The homestyle fries usually delicious were also undercooked and may as well have been mashed potatoes based upon their greasy uncooked consistency. Our $18.00 quick meal and movie night with our family was horrible. We ended up eating breakfast for dinner at home waffles bacon and eggs. PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS STORE. IT IS THE WORST!!!
