The most ridiculous expierence ever! Had my kids in the car waiting for 10 mins in the drive thru. After waiting and not one employee saying anything. We decided to pull forward to the drop off area to get someone's attention. You had four employees, one girl looked at the car and laughed while another was on his phone and two others standing there doing nothing. Not one of your employees had enough respect to even try to get our order or simply ask if we needed help! It was 7:45 on Sunday May 7th and it wasn't busy, so there is simply no excuse.

Went through the drive-thru on 6-3- 2016 sign said open nobody answered the Squawk Box so I drove to the window lady opened it said we're close we don't open until 6:30 the clock on my phone said it was 6:30 I guess they don't want your money. I still remember the first time I tried Firehouse subs. I ordered two large sandwiches, and after eating them I was ready to get another. They were so good. I took the employees advise on the brisket I believe, and then the signature sandwich as well. The food was great. I will definitely keep coming to this one!

Great place. I live in the neighborhoods nearby and come in every now and then. The food itself like any other subway is to the same as expected. Customer service on the other hand is good. Any time I had a problem they attempted to fix it the best they could. They have their issues every now and then but its still much better than the other subways and this one is closest so its what I go with.
terrible, always an issue when I got there. Today was the straw that broke the camels back! There was a fake nail in my chicken wrap, and they did not want to do anything about except give me my money back for the wrap, the female manager was rushing me out the door, never let me talk to the GM either who I spoke with on the phone! I called corporate too and filed a claim. Why weren't gloves on?
Simply look at all the other reviews and you will have your answer, horrible service! If waiting for a half hour in the drive through line (we were the only car) wasn't bad enough we got the incorrect food as well. Don't understand how this was possible, we were the only customers there. The food given wasn't even close to what we ordered, we find this out after getting back home of course. So. We drive it all the way back up there and when we confront the drive through worker about the error we get a huge attitude from him, then the manager stepped in with his even bigger attitude. They acted like it was our fault we got the wrong food, What we saw next shocked us. After swiping the bag of food out of my hand (manager) he started throwing our food around! I personally saw some food hit the floor, we were in a van sitting high up and could see most of everything going on... Anyway after that we said enough is enough and out of fear of eating contaminated food we demanded our money back, we got a full refund. That was the only upside to this trip. While getting our refund i tried to look at name tags for names to give to corporate, they were intentionally turned around so they could not be read. So i asked, whats your name? I was told Adam West. That's a cartoon character on a show called family guy i'm not stupid... Then i asked them to turn their name tags around and boy did they get mad at that, long story short they said no. One more important point i want to bring up is i use to have a friend that went to Fern school and he worked there. I went up there one time while he was working, low on funds seeking a discount, he said i could get it for free with one swipe of my managers card but i'm telling you as a friend you don't want to eat here... I've seen some nasty things done in the kitchen with food... I completely forgot about that until after this recent trip, or i NEVER would have came back. Please take my advice, go to the maryland heights location. I get such good service there i even tip the guy that brings the food out to my window! PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN TO HEALTH CONCERNS! ANYBODY THAT HAS WORKED IN FOOD KNOWS HOW TO DODGE A HEALTH INSPECTOR! (these events happened at 2:00-4:00am)
