My biggest complaint with this company is that I don't feel that they listen to what the customer really needs or wants. I wanted a basic website, yet they were always trying to talk me into adding more features or doing an email marketing campaign. Also, twice I was given a verbal quote over the phone, but was given a higher number when I asked for it in writing. All of this just left me feeling like I couldn't trust them. My account rep got very argumentative when I told them that I was switching to a new designer.

The one star is for the office manager & the guy who actually did the coding. They were professional throughout and I don't have any complaints about them.

I had this firm design my site - the quality was horrible, and a lot of "it will be different when it goes live was promised". What we ended up with was a 4inch by 6 inch box in the upper left harnd corner for a website. We experienced designers yelling at our staff when they had questions, and the only time we spoke with the manager was when it was time for them to be paid. I will not even repeat what I was called before I was hung up on the last time we spoke.... web n beware.......
