I have rented with Pappas Realty for the past three years and I was impressed the entire time. Don was very helpful and tended to matters in a timely fashion. It is important to remember that this is a property management company, not the actual owner of the property. Don helped me resolve issues with my landlord when the landlord was not being the most cooperative person. He spoke to me in a very professional way and I always felt that Don genuinely cared about what was going on. At one point I had to deal with a nightmare roommate situation in which I no longer felt safe, but didn't have enough for the police to be involved. Don went above and beyond to help me get out of that situation as quickly as possible while still staying within the terms of my lease. He easily could have said I needed to handle it myself, but instead he helped me when he didn't have to. Philadelphia is FULL of horrible property managers and landlords, and I've experienced a lot of them, but Don Pappas is the absolute best!
