        I manage a business located near the Target on Mall View Rd. I had a concern regarding the Target shopping carts that were being left in and around the parking lot of my building. I spoke with store manager Katie and she was very helpful, friendly and understanding. She also came up with a plan to ensure carts were being collected from our parking lot on a weekly basis. As a business operator I very much appreciated her willingness to address my concern in a positive manner. Thanks Katie!
