My husband and I have recently joint In Shape and are extremely grateful for the Excellent Advise,Training Session and High Profesionalism we received from Diego Hernandez at the California Location in Bakersfield.



He took the time to explain how to develop a realistic and successful fitness plan with specific goals for both of us, individually!!



His Great Personality, Knowledge and Motivation is what helped us finally realized how important it is to excersice properly and make good nutrition changes part of our daily lives!! We Highly Recommend In Shape!! Moises & Maria Sosa ☺

Blown away by how knowledgeable the training staff is at this gym. Walked in with no intention of working with a trainer, but after seeing what they had to offer I am so happy I made the decision to try it out. It brought out motivation that I had been lacking in order to move one step closer to achieving my goals. I was also educated on fitness and nutrition. Very impressed.

I was charged twice for the same period and they refuse to issue a refund.

Awesome trainers waiting and willing to help you reach your fitness goal! Always clean! Plenty of workout stations and equipment! Lots of different classes at different times to suit everyone! Love this place!

Horrible Customer Service!! Beyond Unacceptable! !!The managers either don't know what they're doing or are lying to get you to pay for additional months. If you join, be aware that cancelation will be a looong, drawn out, and painful experience. Each interaction will just get more and more frustrating! I do not recommend it, for the fees you'll pay ..you'll deserve WAY better service than they are willing to provide

This gym has been completely remodled with new pools and equipment. It is very nice.

This club is huge! No waiting for machines. The staff is friendly and the club is clean.
