Carlos Shower Doors

In 1981 Carlos did our windows and showers in our new home and we were very pleased. When we decided to upgrade our current home we went to Carlos and worked with the grand daughter Kim. We were pleased with the help and ideas she gave us to redo our shower. Being senior citizens her suggestions and ideas really helped us. Being a do it yourselfer I was pleased with the process they went through to do a perfect job. Having worked with stained glass windows you learn glass work has to be perfect, there is no room for errors. Carlos personnel are precision specialist , Kim also had the glass treated with a product so we no longer had to squeegee the glass. We threw out the squeegee. Kim also suggested a product to help maintain the tile to keep it clean. Best of all my bride of 47 years is pleased. Thank you Carlos

Worst customer service ever! Do NOT do business with them. Installer, supervisor, and management do not treat you well, and they will not help you with any issues or questions you might have. Extremely Disappointing. I'm surprised how they stay in business.

Carlos Shower Doors, Inc. has an A+ rating with both Angies list and BBB. I am not sure what Mr. Cook is writing about, probably an out of square opening. Sixty six years in business with an outstanding reputation for quality and service.
