Thumb Pawn & Resell

I bought a camcorder from this business for Christmas I payed $40.00 it seem to work in the store. But after getting it home I did some recording with it removed the memory card put it in my computer and low and behold it don't record. I called him back I was told there was no refund not even a restocking fee. I could under stand if I broke it or if it was something I could have noticed in the store and bought it anyway. Then sure shame on me but when what is wrong with it can be noticed until you actually use it then it's him selling junk. Thanks for nothing, Don
