Staff is always polite and sincerely concerned. They are also very knowledgeable. It's nice to go somewhere and find people that actually care.

No matter where I have had to take my pets, I have always had good care. When we had to choose a new veterinarian service for closer proximity, we chose this clinic. They have treated my pets with compassion and care.

I’m sure they are great with small lap dogs but they are terrified of big dogs. I told them before my first visit that my dog has confinement anxiety he doesn’t do well in kennels that are too small where he can’t roam. They took one look at him and for no reason said he’s too big we have to muzzle him. Well my calm dog who was happy and tail wagging didn’t respond well to that (big surprise he has anxiety!) they were beyond unprofessional, rude, and and made what should have been a routine vaccination and tramatic experience for bit me and my dog. 0/5 stars will never go back or recommend them

We take both of our cats to this clinic. First class care every time. I appreciate the follow up call the next day

First of all they left a stitch in my dogs foot. Then when I called to complain they said it was a dissolvable stitch. It has been a month since she got them out.......horrible....

Our dogs have lived longer because of the excellent advice on nutrition from the clinic. They can do laser treatment for arthritis that helps the dogs immensely.

The most nicest and caring vets and staff! They've always treated my dogs and I with the most compassion and care. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!

The vets and staff are soooo friendly and professional, but the groomer Chris is another story - bad grooming like Nothing was done!!!

Our cat ended up cutting her tail quite horribly and all the other vets we called never answered or called back five hours later. We called the emergency number and within ten minutes we were there and our cat was in the back getting help. The cost was there but it's worth it.

I have been going to this clinic since we moved here in 2008, and have had 6 cats and 4 dogs under their watchful eyes. They are very professional and explain what's going on. THEY LISTEN, give you choices and work WITH you in caring for your pet. They really do care! - Brinda
