        Overall

        Randy came out to my mother's home several weeks ago for the in-home visit portion to determine her cleaning needs. When he left, he told her he would call soon to set up a schedule.

        Despite calling him repeatedly, she has not heard from Randy since this visit.

        She, and I, are highly disappointed with this extremely poor quality customer service.
