Hi, My husband and I just moved to the area about a month ago and since then have visited Starbucks at 35825 Detroit Ave Avon, OH a few times. This has been my experience:1st visit order: White Mocha Frappachino. I receive a White Mocha Creme Frappachino instead. After waiting 10 min in line I now have to park and go in with my toddler and have them remake it.2nd visit order: White Mocha Latte. I receive a White Hot Chocolate (no espresso at all) After waiting 10 min in line I now have to park and go in with my toddler and have them remake it.3rd visit order: Two Caramel Macchiatos. I receive 1 with no espresso and the 2nd with double the espresso. After waiting 15 min in line I now have to park and go in with my toddler and have them remake them.And finally, my last visit to this store today....4th visit order: Decaf White Mocha. I receive a Decaf Mocha. After waiting 10 min in line I now have to park and go in with my toddler and have them remake it.When I got my correct drink it tasted like a 20 pump white mocha instead of a 4-5 pump or however many they are supposed to put in there. I went back to my car 2 drinks in hand with my toddler. 1 tasting horrible and the other incorrect one. I dumped half the white mocha out and poured in have the mocha. Made myself a tuxedo and drove home to write this review. I understand the store is always busy and mistakes happen. The baristas are very sweet and helpful but PLEASE retrain your employees! I have never gone to a Starbucks this many times and consecutively received a wrong drink and it tasting bad! UNACCEPTABLE. I will never go to this Starbucks again. I will now take my business to the Starbucks in Crocker Park.
