Freedom Quest Cultural Tours

Paid them $1500 for NYC tour Oct 1-3, 2016. Sept 29 they emailed and said tour would be Nov 19-21. Tried all week before tour to contact them via email and phone. No response. My son went to office. It is a UPS store. My son called contact number 25 times consecutively. Robert Chester finally answered. My son told him to call me. Robert said tour would be in April and that he had asked all tour participants whether they wanted tour in Nov or Apr. No, he did not ask me. Said he sent email 4 or 5 days prior to tell everyone tour would not be this weekend. No, he did not send me an email. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very disappointing. I want my money back. I want this guy to be a responsible man and figure out how to run a respectable business.
