Shredders Apparel

I have sent 3 messages on the Shredder's Apparel contact page and have yet to receive a response. My daughter sent my son a sweater in the wrong size and I have not been able to contact the company about exchanging the sweater for a larger size. The phone number listed is disconnected. The information on the package states the return of merchandise will be accepted on "unopened" merchandise. How does one determine fit, quality or flaws without opening the package and examining the merchandise. I rate this company "0".

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Trying to track a order down currently 3 months after originally purchased. They have my money and my sweater.

These guys suck! They held my money for over 6 months and then, once I complained on their Facebook page, refunded my money. I didn't want my money, i wanted the product that I paid for. I got exactly one email answered over that 6 months time. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

placed an order (as pre order) back in MAY- was supposed to be shipped in AUGUST. they changed their pre order info from august to "ALL PRE-ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT UPON ARRIVAL. NO GUARANTEES FOR A CHRISTMAS DELIVERY." didn't receive an email or call for an update. so I emailed them- I received 1 response over a month, and then decided to take it up with paypal. This company obviously isn't concerned with customer service if they can't reply to an email or pick up a phone.

I have sent several messages to the Shredder's contact page asking for information about my order. The page states clearly that you should allow 24 hours for a response. It's been over a week and several messages later and still no word. I had to double check the Better Business Bureau to make sure this is a legitimate business.
