Mueller Flats

I have been living here since May 2014 and I've regretted EVERY minute of it.
There are roaches EVERYWHERE and there is no getting rid of them. I have their "pest control" people come by and I bomb my apartment myself and still they plague my apartment.
They call this complex a "gated community" yet the front gate has been broken and wide open since October and they keep saying they are going to fix it but SURPRISE SURPRISE they dont.
There are constantly police officers in the complex breaking up fights or busting drug dealers- one of which lived below me- I walked out of my apartment to find police officers all over the stairs banging on the door below mine.
Your apartment will look NOTHING like the apartment they show you when you come view the property. The pictures online are completely fake I PROMISE you.
They are so worried about redoing their front office that residental problems are NOT a priority for them right now.
The pool was also shut down this summer by the city of austin because it failed health code regulations.
Lastly they are not trying to charge over 800 dollars for the one bedroom I live in and I cant promise you it is NOT worth it- you can live in a better part of town in a better apartment complex for less money.
