Clinic Vitamins

I recently ordered over $330 in products. After 3 weeks they hadn't arrived. Although it took me a full week to get a response from Clinic Vitamins, they more than adequately resolved my issue. They overnighted my order and fully refunded the cost of my order. Outstanding customer service the likes of which I've never seen from any other company. Very pleased customer here!!!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have placed several orders with ClinicVitamins.com in the past. I never needed to contact their their customer service department until a month ago. After receiving my last order and discovering that one of the items I paid for was not in the box, I contacted their customer service department THREE SEPARATE TIMES by using the link on the website but I never received a reply. I followed up with a letter sent by regular mail and still did not receive a response. No one answers the phone number that they list on their website. As of now, this company has received my money for an item they never sent to me and they will not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. My only recourse is to file a dispute with my credit card company, which I intend to do immediately. Horribly disreputable company!
