Bishops Air Control

I've used Bishop's for an annual inspection of my HVAC system for the past 2 years based on an ad that they run in my neighborhood newsletter. In 2009, we paid $72 for an inspection and addition of frion. In 2010, we paid $204 for the same service. The ad for 2010 said $69.99 per inspection per system. What I didn't realize, and what the company did not offer until after the service was performed, was that my 2 story house has two systems, not 1. So we were charged $69.99 for each. Seems very dishonest to me... especially because the total bill was about 3x last year's. My final complaint... the technician was 20 minutes late and did not call to let me know he was running late. We will not be using them again and don't recommend that anybody else does.

I called this company out to repair my air conditioner. The technician replaced a part and charged me a bill of over 150 dollars. Then some hidden 10 dollar fee on the invoice. the next day my ac went out again......they came back out and found another bad part.....this charge was 275 dollars and another 10 hidden fee on the bill. I refused to let them fix anything and called another ac company and when they came out the technician found a bad breaker. I had to call an electrician which was the only problem all along. money out the door. WHAT HAPPENED TO HONESTY????
