Big A Towing

My car was parked at 360 Condos in the parking garage. This company towed my car and scratched the whole front edge of my bumper on the bottom along the ground as they drove away. My car is brand new and clearly wasn't this way before they towed it. They said there was a video of them towing the car on the tow trucks camera. They said I would not be allowed to view the video, only they could. They said they would view it and decide if he wants to pay for the damage. Not only were they rude to me. But, they were down right disrespectful, aggressive and ignorant to my parents. They were screaming at my parents how it wasn't their fault. Is this how they deal with people? I hope no one uses this company ever. Paying them 200.00 to get my car out of their lot with damages on it!! They are thieves and will distroy your car. I will be reporting them to every agency state and local.

These people are thieves...They stole a business neighbors dog, and are refusing to give it back. The business's are litterally across the street from each other.....When the owner of the dog found it, the dog heard his voice and jumped through a window to get to him. They still are refusing to give the dog back....I have ties to the City and will make sure they know what kind of people these are for future towing contracts. I also plan to network with the IRS to make sure they are on the up an up. Don't use these people for your towing ,,,they are ruthless, deceitful and dishonest!!
