Austin's Furniture Depot

I bought a sectional from Austin’s Furniture Depot on Burnet Rd; in less than a month cushions were sagging and fabric was all wrinkled due to the sagging. They used the cheapest foam and supports to build these couches. After I notified them about the problem, they found every excuse and lie to get out of the warranty, these people do not honor the warranties they offer and they don’t stand behind their product, they lie and lie to get out their warranty responsibility. The furniture looked ok when we bought it, I only wish we had known it was built with cheap materials.
