        Langdon Farms Golf Club was designed by award-winning architects John Fought and Robert Cupp and shares course architecture traditions with great courses from around the world. Measuring 6,931 yards from the back tees, but only 5,246 from the forward tees, the course puts a premium on accurate iron shots for low scores, yet remains very playable for the recreational golfer. A commitment to superior playing conditions, and excellent drainage, make Langdon Farms the best place to play every day of the year. Red Shed Langdon Farms is proud to present its newest event facility. The Red Shed is located directly southwest of the Big Red Barn and will seat approximately 300 people. It will also include its own scoreboard and PA system. This facility is perfect for any events with the option for either an opened or closed atmosphere. The unique open air design that overlooks the 18th green makes this the perfect setting for an unforgettable event. It can be used for post-round golf events, ceremonies, receptions, and more! The Orchards This beautiful garden landscape is an excellent choice for a wedding ceremony or a company picnic. This private, peaceful location offers an escape from the rest of the course and is surrounded by a natural canopy of trees.         Best Public Course in Portland

        Being an Oregonian and avid golfer it is sometime hard to find a great course during the winter and springs wet months. Not only is Langdon Farms one of the most dry golf courses in Oregon due to its awesome drainage ( it used to be farmland) but it also very aesthetically pleasing and the staff is very friendly. I have been playing Langdon for 5 years and they offer great cardholder discounts for golfers interested in playing the course on a regular basis. The new farm card is a great deal and also gives me access to over 10 courses around the nation at discount rates. Overall I give Langdon Farms 5 stars because you simply can't beat the playing conditions in such a tricky rainy Portland weather. Although its 20 minutes from Portland it is well worth the drive for a great game of golf any time of year. The grill is good too and they have a pretty good happy hour!

        One of the best Public courses in the State

        solid track. Course is in great shape year round and a great place to have a tournament. Tough course but fair. Great for the beginner or the experienced player.
