Floriststransworld Delivery

Owner did not refund after flowers were not delivered. She said on twice that the money would be refunded "that day." "That day" never came. I had to dispute the charges to get my $102 back.Very poor customer service, and very rude. When I told her that I was going to dispute the charges she started yelling "Are you threatening me?" Anyways, I leave this review so that other military members can make sure that their loved ones actually receive the flowers that are paid for. All I wanted was for my wife to get some flowers on Valentine's Day.
