Class Recognition

They do not return phone calls. I was in town and wanted to drop my ring off to get fixed. They never returned my phone call to make an appointment. Now I have to pay money to ship it to them after I got on the internet to find their address.

This is the third time in six years I have had to send it in to get fixed.
