Aspen Green Apartments

DO NOT rent from here. I was only here for 9 monthsand I had the worst experience ever. Reasons: 1. promised a working dishwasher before I moved in, when I moved out, I still didn't have one. 2. Mold under my living room heater when I moved in, reported it 3 times, was told someone would come the next day to take care of it, when I moved out, it was still there. 3. Sink faucet was leaking, after telling them 2 times it was finally fixed. Then I came back and found a pile of water on my kitchen floor. Whoever fixed it broke something else under the sink. I reported this 3 times, when I moved out, it still wasn't fixed. 4. My apt heater was broken, I asked them 4 times to fix it because my apt was freezing in the winter. When I moved out in Feb, the heater still wasn't fixed. 5. Finally, when I moved out, I completely cleaned out my apartment and it was movein ready. They told me they would go look at it at a later date and mail my deposit. Then 1 month later I get a bill.
