Plourde's Electrical Svc

When first called Mr Plourde came right away. He said he would order the part needed for the ceiling fan and then come back and install it. I paid him the $75 for the visit and he left. I waited a couple of weeks then phoned his business. I got an answering machine , left a message with my phone number and email address in case these were lost. I called many times over the last few months and reached his wife just once. She said "I just got in but I'll go and check and call you back". Needless to say no return call. Now I have to pay someone else to come and take a look, order the part and come back to install it. What a waste of hard earned money and I couldn't use the fan . What a ripoff

Definitely not recommended. They take months to give estimates, they mix up one job's details with another's, and they take forever to return emails and phone calls. They also employ high school students as aids that no very little about electric problems and you pay them to just stand around and talk. If you want your electrical issues addressed any time this year, seek help else where.
