Scheduled carpet cleaning and no one showed up. Called the next day and was told they had me down for another date and time, which I would not have agreed to b/c I knew I wouldn’t be home. Rescheduled and the crew showed up that time and did a good job. Called later to schedule ceramic tile floor cleaning; left two messages, several days apart, which went unreturned. Reached the owner on the third try, about a week later, and scheduled appt. No one showed up. Called that day but the owner was out; explained the situation and was told the owner would call that afternoon. He didn’t. He still hasn’t.

Very professional cleaning staff. Had very knowledgeable sales person get me hooked up. I'm a huge fan, family owned business who treated me right. Great folks all around.
