Horrible phone service as turned me away from using this business. On top of that the website doesn't function as intended with the parts interchange option if they don't have the exact car you're looking for. Apparently their automated system cannot ascertain Volkswagon when spoken allowed or Jetta. When using the spell the first three letters using the keypad numbers it tells you nothing exists with that combination.
I really wanted to talk to a real person on this to get some real answers/results for what I wanted to purchase don't want to waste a trip and bring tools to get something that may or may not be there anyway. I find it hard to believe a business that specializes in selling car parts and as everyone knows cars have many makes and models and thousands of different parts that they would rely on a horrible automated messaging system that hangs up on you after it doesn't know what to do with no way to speak to a real person.
I found out why its called Pull-A-Part its because you pull a part your hair while fighting with the automated messaging system.
