Planned Parenthood

Nothing good to say about this clinic, went due to financial reasons, & the fact that it is nationally accreddited. The waiting room was deprressing, but chose to look past that. However I went in for a blood test and the lady who did it (just filling in from Docs.) did not know what the heck she was doing!!! Didn't wash hands or wear gloves, then put the rubber band on way too tight and left it on during the entire draw & wondered why the vial wasn't filling up- so she moved the needle back and forth in my arm to try to get the blood to flow faster- on top of that she was extremely disrespectful and rude. I am not some kid, I am an adult and was paying for this service. I had a mark on my arm from the rubber band for two days, and a bruise over 3" long from the draw itself for two weeks.No one called me with my results when promised and you can't call an individual clinic,you have to call an answering service.8msgs/3days later got a call back to tell me they would call in a week!
