Georgia-Lina Pools and Landscaping

I hired these people to fix my pool in the beginning of February...the only thing I have to show for the money I paid is a destroyed backyard and a gaping hole where the pool was.

The 5 star comment is from the Co-Owner (Heather Alford) of the company, which is extremely unethical and dishonest to rate your own business. Would be negative numbers if that was an option. Was extremely excited to sign a contract on March 10th with Georgia-Lina pools. Their information packet made it clear that vinyl pool construction was only 4-6 weeks, which has not been the case. We chose Georgia-Lina pools because the owner Bruce (or Gil) Alford verbally guaranteed us pool completion before school was out, which would be mid-May. He also told us he was a disabled Vet and as a veteran myself, I wanted to support local veterans. We are now going on 12 weeks, and the only progress made is a hole in our backyard. We have requested our money to be returned and they denied that request. We requested a schedule for completion, they are failing to return our e-mails and not letting us know when we are even scheduled. The owner is no longer reachable, he has changed his cell phone number.

Reliable, great customer service. Highly recommend. Call for all of,your pool construction needs. And check out their store in Harlem. Cute stuff, reasonably priced!
