First I would like to say they do an AWESOME job on hair, however the service is VERY unprofessional. My first unprofessional experience, my appt was at 4pm and when I got there she was finishing someone's head, not a big deal right?!? Well after I sat for 30 minutes waiting on her to finish someone else's head, then she came and asked me to take her to the hair store because they were out of hair. So we didn't start until after 5pm. When I left it was 5:30am the next morning. That's way too long for Sengalese twist. However, I gave them a second try. Again VERY unprofessional. My appt was at 8:30am with Grace on a Friday, which I took off from work to make these accommodations. I called her as advised, to say I was On the way at 8:10. I was informed by her that she would not be able to make it by 830 to give her 40 more minutes bc she had to get her kids ready for school. She said if her sister was already at the shop that she could start on it. I got to the shop by 830 and no one was there. The sister then opened the shop at 8:40 and then begin to clean up from the night before while I sat and waited. We did not start on my hair until 9:15. Then 2 more women who were obviously scheduled for an appt as well came in. Grace(the stylist/owner) still was not there and her sister had begun on my hair. So there was 3 ppl there at this point with only 1 stylist. Grace finally came at 10am. She advised that she would have to work on myself and another girl at the same time, so she would work on me for a couple of hours and then the other client for a couple of hours. While she was working On the other client, I was just sitting there. When I addressed Grace with my dissatisfaction, she responded by saying they are humans and they get tired. I explained I understood that, however don't continue making appts if they are tired and not going to provide the best customer service. I expressed that I had prior engagements that night at 8pm and obviously she did not care. To end this story, I did not leave until 1:30am Saturday morn. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP AGAIN. I can not deal with the service of double booking and being there all day.

In May, I made an appointment via messenger on FB. They inboxed me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were running late although I called two days prior to my appt to confirm. Although I was disappointed with the lack of promoters and concern for others' time, I was pleased with the outcome of my hair. First strike. In early August, I called to make an appointment with the hopes of a better concern for time. I get to the salon and wait. And wait. And wait. A client shows up and later her stylist. We all go inside the building and I continue to wait. Caroline finally shows and proceeds to do a wonderful job with my hair. Second strike. So while I am in the salon, I attempt to make an appointment for August 26th - third style of appointment making. I explain to Caroline I have a baby shower but I really need to get my hair done for a vacation the following weekend. She tells me to make the appointment online because of how they prioritize appointments. The priority is online, stop-bys, then phone calls. Maybe this is the answer. Maybe I have found the key to promptness. I leave that day thinking I have figured out the secret... I make the appt for 9 am August 26th. I make my deposit of $50. On the day of my appt, one hour before my appt, Caroline texts me to say she will be an hour late - STRIKE THREE. At this point, I am livid. Now she is messing with plans I had for the day. I can't do that. I call another salon to make an early morning appointment. I respond to Caroline asking for a refund because this missed appt is not my fault. She said I would get it. Three days later, I call my bank to dispute the charge because no refund was issued and she stopped responding. This place has no concept of time and no respect for customers time. Hair styles are good but you have to weigh your options.
Don't waste your time or money. I went there on a Monday and by Tuesday my braids were coming out. I went back and they "fixed them and the best day they were coming out again. At only a few days old it looks like I've had them for a few weeks.

Jazzy Hair Studio Salon in Augusta, GA is in a league of it's own.. I had tried other salons in the area prior to coming to Jazzy Hair Studio and I must admit I had almost given up hope of finding a salon that I would be pleased with. My hair is natural so I decided to google natural hair salons in Augusta , GA and to my surprise and delight and I fell in love with the care given to my hair by my very professional and kind stylist named Brandi .. She is extremely knowledgeable as to how to care for your hair properly and from day one she consulted with me at no charge as listened intently to what desired results I wanted to achieve with my hair.., this was back in May of this year and my hair has grown tremendously well and looks and feels healthy. I know at times it can be a bit scary or you may have a dreadful fear starting with a new salon but let me put your fears to ease and at rest because you will NOT be disappointed. It will become the salon you always look forward to going to. Everyone there is polite and and professional and I love the atmosphere and believe me after you go to Jazzy Hair Studio you will think " Wow! Why didn't I find this place sooner?"
braid too big...the braiders did sloppy job braids were too thin and looked likea blind folded monkey did my hair. when I expressed before the completion I didnt like it they kept sayin it will lookgood. clise to finish u can tell I had 2 different braids in my head spaced far apart. then they tried to argue me down about why they looked this way...I am Jackie so theyll know I posted it -_-

Every time I come to this salon I leave happy. All of the stylist are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to healthy hair and hair products. They really care that you have the best experience possible there from the time you walk in for your service until you walk out the door. There is no place I would rather have my hair styled than at Jazzy!
I had a Great experience at Jazzy. They got my hair looking great again and it didn't take all day. The stylist were all friendly and professional.
When I came in I was greeted. Caroline started soon as a sat fown, shevwas very nice and asked question. She took my micros out fast and didn't take out my hair. She was making sure she didn't cut my hair. Had a great experience there . Would not mindcoming back.
