If I could do one-tenth of a star, I would. And probably hesitate going that high. We entered the restaurant around 7:15pm based a phone call that ended and were seated immediately. We know that our orders were taken by the time one of the kids shower alarm went off at 7:30pm and the server was there. We waited. And waited. Then inquired on the status of the food with the server. She seemed genuinely concerned, apologized and checked. Our meal arrived at 8:15pm with no other patrons ordering in the building. By this point, our party of six was starving and a couple falling asleep. We requested to speak with a manager and a figure appeared with a schmedium, ill fitting jacket and just stood there. She mumbled "how are you" and just looked at us. There was no introduction as a manager, no nametag or anything to make me think that we were about to conduct business. She stuffed her hands in the front pouch and said "ya'll only waited 25 minutes for food". When she told me the food was about to come out"Dead silence. There was no apology for the delay or explaining that they had to catch the fish from the Savannah River - just a dead stare. We asked about the order being input and she retrieved the ticket saying "she must've only put it in at 7:45 so I don't know what to tell you". Horrible. We dismissed her from our table and finished our food. I used to frequent Harbor Inn almost weekly when I lived closer and I'm glad to be on the West side now because this place has gone down. From the table we had a mix of wings, fried fish, shrimp, baked potatoes, hushpuppies and coleslaw - all mediocre. Save yourself the hassle and go to Rhineharts.

I just had the worst experience of my life !!!! The waitress did not ID no one at the table for alcohol beverages. I ordered a Shrimp Basket my shrimp was not done the manager took my shrimp back recooked them in their grease and bring them back to the table. My cousin order a Lo Crab Boil which was so cold just horrible! I didn't want them once they had been refried because that is not sanitary!!! I just ate my fries she tried to charge me $3.50 just fries and one shrimp! very bad experience rude staff rule manager she did not try to satisfy the customer in any kind of way would never go there again!!!!
Rhinehart's has some of the best shrimp I've ever eaten. Atmosphere is relaxed, servers are fast, friendly & efficient. We always look forward to coming here when in Augusta!! Won't find anything better than this if you like seafood.
My wife and I visited the restaurant during the busiest time on Saturday, but we were so welcome d by the receptionist at first. Then, the waitress named Angelina Jones, best server ever came to serve us the best seafood we had for quite some time. Started with the steamed oysters with pickled cucumbers, carrots and onions. They were so good that we finished the whole plate. Then here comes the Alaskan king crab, grilled Salmon and fried flounder with baked sweet potatoes. Food was so fresh and tasty we both over eaten the meal. It was a such memorable dining experience we had in a long time. Try them for yourself and you will understand! Thank you Angelina for making our meal so enjoyable. You're the best waitress we ever had.
Service was horrible. Brought my whole family in for Easter brunch with the included endless drink special. Only got 2 out of 5 orders of drinks. Our waiter was Mia for most of the meal. Everytime we would order a drink it would take 30-90 minutes between the time we ordered to the time we would finally get drunks. Very disatisfied with our experience as a whole. You get better service at McDonald's then we received today. I do not plan on returning for personal or even business reasons.
Food was good, service was good. When we sat down it was like inside an empty honey jar, sticky all over, soggy, moist environment. Needs serious updating and cleaning.
Love love love! Gotta try their cheese triangles and steamed oysters. Love the atmosphere and the bartenders are sweethearts.
The Red Lobster on Walton way should go out of business, this is a terrible place to eat. The workers are very unprofessional, the employees are rude, they aren't always dressed appropriately, and the food is awful. On a scale of 1 to 10 i'd give the staff, the service, and the overall cleanliness of the place a solid 1. The Washington rd crew can give them a lot of pointers, and teach them how it's done!!!
I was there from out of town with my friend and we had dinner there. It's was great, fast and hot. The server was funny and nice. Will visit it again when I am in Augusta Ga. Keep up the good work. Also it was neat and clean.
Had to stand around for a host.
