I didn't get to meet you due to a dr appointment but I seen ya! Then I was curious about the mr. Clean looking guy walking around, so I asked Scott, he said you were late I'm sorry but that training is going to change your life; , I believe I may have replied with a yeah right;. So I took myself upstairs and there was Anthony aka mr. Clean, and he welcomed me! I was in and out of training because after all I gotta sell some cars, but I really have to tell you, this cat has it goin on! I don't know if you and Scott were listening or if it was simply a right place right time moment but, I was on the verge of giving it up, and I was the top salesman!!!!! Dealer synergy is the wave of the future and I can only say thank you! I love what I do, and I enjoy the company in which I work, I don't know why but Anthony was able to bring it "full circle" and for that I must thank you and Scott! I'm sure our paths will cross again and I look forward to that time! I love it, thanks again!

Wow!!! I have been in automotive sales for 3 years now and have seen lots a trainers doing there thing. Sean, hands down provided me with more usable information than all my previous training combined. Talk about a guy who truly cared about the job he is doing and the people he was doing it for. I am writing this review to do a couple things. 1. Thank Sean for the info and advice he has given me, And 2. Recommend him to any dealership looking to improve and elevate their sales staff to be better and more prepared to handle any and all objections.

A very good two day training I learned a lot about internet presences and how to use it find untapped business opportunities. I great tools and tips on how to treat customers and how to go above and beyond their expectations to earn their business.

It exceeded my expectation, I'm not very Internet savvy so I was apprehensive about what people would tell me, that it would be technologically over my head and it was not, it was very clear it was very concise, incredibly quick paced but very easy to understand and gives use a set of tools the we can use to attack and improve our Internet department as well as our social media footprint.

Our Internet department is was pretty much non-existent about a year ago, now with the training and guidance of the folks at Dealer Synergy we are now on the right path, last month we had about 20 generated sale and are hope to get that up to about 50 a month by the fall. Not so bad for have just about zero internet based sales a year ago.

After 30 years in the business I feel refreshed and I am very excited about implementing the tool and processes that I have learned from Sean and the Dealer Synergy team. I believe with training that me and the other internet sales staff have received that we are now on the right track and ready to doo great things.

Five stars I got a lot out of training with L.A. learn a lot of stuff that I didn’t know before and really gained some valuable tools for doing my Job. In less than a week of training our internet sales department is off to a great new start with us already increased sales by 10 cars.

Sean and his team are great! The most important thing that we have received from this is the training is a strong starting point on how we should structure our processes, whether it’s on the phone, emails or what have you. We are now looking at an increase in internet sales from about 12% to over 30% and with some work I’m sure we can get it even high.
