        I was initially very excited when I found out a Panera bread was opening near my home. However, I have had nothing but a terrible experience during several attempts to give this new location a chance. My mother and I carpool to work and love the breakfast soufflé's that Panera makes, however every single time we stop to order one, we are told "oh, we haven't even put them in the oven yet." As breakfast is a limited time frame and this location opens at 6am, we generally expect that by 730 when we drive through for breakfast that they will be available. I have also tried to order a alternate breakfast choice and this location says the are out of several things. Thus, making my selection that much more limited. I have also entered the location and have noticed that none of the breakfast treats are out on display. I feel like there is a blatant lack of care from the employees and management if the choices are not out on display and more often than not, they are out of key ingredients.
