I have never received a call back on the many times I have left messages and was hung up on, but before that the person I was talking with couldn"t even finish her conversation with me because someone came in to the office. What happened to manners like, "I will be with you in a moment I have someone on the phone that I was just finishing up with". I would think that if they have such requirements for their residents that they would treat them with respect and just a smidgen of an I care attitude layered heavily with professionalism. I have never been hung up on in the business world in which have worked in for 20 Plus years. So maybe consider some customer service classes and secret shoppers to make sure that the idea has hit home. Or possibly the position is to much and redelagation is something to look into, some are just not service orientated. Also there are many positive motovational speakers on cd's or even classes.The property mangement company didn't even call back but the staff needs to be reavaluated. There are alot of people who can do the job well so the staff needs to take responsibility for there actions as well as the management company.
