I have been in this store many times as I live and work close by. Damn near every time I come in there, there is a short older white lady (she told me she is the manager) screaming at her employees in a unprofessional way. The other day I was at the store and this lady was at the front counter just belittling one of her employees screaming at her about why something was not done. The poor girl looked like she was going to break down and cry. I am pretty sure that this is not how you speak to someone especially when you are a manager. I felt embarrassed for her. Everyone I know that shops that store has mentioned not even returning due to the lack of respect they see. The young lady that helped me that morning is always friendly and I have never seen her have a attitude towards any customer like I have with the said manager. Also there have been times where I have come to the store and won’t even get out of my car due to a taller lady smoking right by the front door. I mentioned this to the said manager and was told that that is her assistant and she needs to be close to the front to make sure the cashier does their job. When I shop I really do not like hearing a manager belittle employee that just is not right. Not to mention the lack of concern the manager shows when me as a customer has a complaint. I tried to bring something up to her and she told me to and I quote get the fuck out of her store. I can not believe that the owners allow this to happen. I will be contacting the number on the door and letting them know what is going on and how the employees are treated and talked to from a customers view. I can just imagine how she talks to them behind close doors. Good job to whoever the owner is for allowing such a crappy person to run your store. Get someone in there that knows how to be a manager. I will also be taking it to social media I am sure someone will know who the owner is. Get better manager to run that store or lose a lot of customers. Replace her
