        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

        Bad Experience here:





        Looking for woodstove installation. Called the "hearth doctor" and asked if they do installation and sales associated stated "yes", Called back to book installation and sales rep said that they would only do installation for loyal customers who bought "their" stoves ( this was directed by the Owner). Discussed buying a woodstove from them but prices were $400 more for the same woodstove which was quoted by other certified stores in the area. Also asked them if they could better on the price and the sales associate never called back. I finally called back a week later and this sales representative disregarded it and told me " I must not be looking at the same stove". Poor customer service at store and no follow through.
