Penguin Point

For the third time in as many weeks, we did not get the food that we ordered. I wonder why people get so confused when you order your food "with no condiments"...Just today my husband ordered two double cheeseburgers, plain, nothing but cheese , we got one with no condiments and one with pickle and ketchup. I really don't know how to make the order any more clear. I think I have had enough of Penguin Point for a while.
