Great customer service, answered every question, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The crew was very polite and kept my entire yard extremely clean, Thanks for my beautiful roof!

They have one residential crew and well they are the worst I've ever seen. This company doesn't care a bit about the work being done. The Owners became upset with me any time I pointed out problems with the roofing crew and I was in fact fired when I had to call about our roofers trying to replace decking that was a 1/2 inch shorter than the current decking on the owners home. working as the office manager answering the phone and deflecting suppliers from the owners, them owning many people money and not paying them. We had a good roofer for a month but then he upset the owners and they refused to pay him. I had to pay late fees on every house that got gutters bc the owners never paid the invoices on time or at all. I would really be careful letting Greystone do your roof bc they lack the knowledge and they lack the roofers and subs to complete the work correctly or timely. It takes his one crew 3 days to do a single story home roof less than 45 squares. This is a one day job!
