Purchased a car here and asked to have general maintenance done on it before I bought.. the dealership lied to me saying the work was already done and then gave me the run around for 2 months before finally admitting it. I have never been so insulted and disrespected during a buying process as I have been from this place. As a sales professional of over 10 years myself, I have never encountered such a lack of integrity from an organization and will make a point to let everyone I know to avoid PreOwned Factory at all costs.
