Bristol County Savings Bank

This is most definately the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I currently have a car loan which has literally one payment left-the payoff. I just received a voicemail threatening repossession of the vehicle! They do not follow any rules or laws. I just got off the phone with the attorney generals office as well as my lawyer. The final payment is due by June 16. Disgusting company

I have tried to get help over 6 months ago regarding my mortgage.I was told to come up with seventeen hundred dollars and the bank would drop us a point,and that wouldn't help and we didn't have a extra seventeen hundread to give.I called wrote letters my husband as well called and we were told e could get a hardship letter was never sent.We tried before it got to bad to work something out and we got the same answers no out come.We want our home I called today I have amount I could give and bank wants more then I can give.I have two young sons who are afraid they may not beable to come home some day.We have tried I was told today after all the time I tried we could maybe have a hardship letter sent not.We did get to the point that we gave up because there was no help no reason to answer.I called begging to help us and we were shut down again.I love my home ,I want to stay ,we needed help we tried to ask we will have nothing now.when we do get forclosed on I will never use this bank again we will be closeing out account .I don't want to be a part of a bank that can't even help they're costumers.I tried sending a letter else through bcsb and don't know if anyone received .last time I had no response.So I am putting it on here probably get what I have been getting all a long nothing.So if you are looking to get a mortgage stay clear of this bank ,The have no programs or willing to help you if something happens in your life where you are having trouble paying.o this makes me give a rateing so my post will be posted ,I give it no stars NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
