        INCA Community Services, formerly known as Indian Nation Community Action Agency, is a nonprofit organization that serves the residents of the counties of Atoka, Johnston, Marshall and Murray in Oklahoma. It operates several programs, such as Head Start, clothing and food banks, housing, weatherization and career opportunities. INCA Head Start is a federally funded program that provides developmental services to families with children. The program s services include mental health monitoring, child development and early education. The organization s clothing bank provides clothing and household items for low-income families and disaster victims. INCA Community Services has an office in Atoka, Okla.

        Overall

        INCA has been a major disappointment and has not provided my house with 25% energery reduction under the weatherization program.



        I sumitted 3 different applications over a 3 year period. The 1st application was either toss or loss, think toss. Upon several verbal request to produce the 1st application, I get no response.



        After 3 years of broken windows, sagging roof, outdated appliances and no response from INCA, I went to a board meeting in July 2012.



        At the board meeting which was closed to any new business, they voted on taking the rest of the weatherization funding to use for new awnings at the Atoka office knowing people had weatherization needs.



        After being in the board meeting and requesting to speak, they would not allow me to bring in any complaints, I proceeded to make request and complaints.



        The air blower test resaults where false. There was no smoke pen used to check for leaks around windows and doors.



        INCA provided me with 2 new doors and 4 new windows in which all the remaining windows in the house have bad leaks in them.



        INCA refuse to replace the hot water tank that is over 20 years old, roofing and appliances that fall under this program.



        They had F@E plumbling,heating and air from Atoka to install a 65,000 btu heating unit in one room of the house with no other discharge vents in the unit to heat the remaining portion of the house. F@E knew this unit was improper for my heating needs.



        In short: INCA had an agenda of serving the people in Atoka County and not the other counties they represent unless you where Family or Friend of Such.



        They out and out lied about the available programs such as the cool roofing project for the 77 counties of Oklahoma. " Dana Trent and Jana Thompson under the direction of LaQuita Thornley."



        My engery bill has increase, my house is colder than ever and any govt. funding needs to be stop to this poorly run organization.



        I rank them with Bernie Madoff and they should do time with him.
