        they don't answer their phones...

        they don't answer their phones, EVER., and the people at the "home office" don't speak English, everything is automated and run through central time and they don't give a conversion, cause you know, us people on the east coast are spoiled, and they run their crap like none of the passengers matter and its all about money. after i use this non refundable ticket i have, im never ever using greyhound EVER again.
