Veterans are evaluated for eligibility for benefits or benefits review. We provide DBQ, Opinion Letters, Nexus Letters and other related assessments to veterans as a non biased, 3rd party provider. All clients must provide ALL related documents by email, mail or direct drop off at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled medical visit. Any clients who do not provide documentation in advance will be assessed an additional 1 hour fee of $100 for onsite review. There is a seperate charge per service. The client should contact Angelia Brown for registration prior to the appointment. They will get all of the details needed for the appointment. Please note all payments MUST be made in CASH only.
